Established in 1999 as a single person consulting practice, Serviceworks has since grown into an integrated business of more than 50 people.
Serviceworks is 100% Australian owned. We operate from a custom-built service centre in Melbourne equipped with robust communications and technology infrastructure to support our own operations and those of our clients'. The facilities also include accommodation for consulting and service staff.
Solutions developed by Serviceworks are currently used Australia-wide - by over 80 organisations that service more than 50,000 customers annually (and this is growing rapidly!).
